New editorial: From Strategy to Delivery
Our reading of the updated Polish Nuclear Power Programme (PPEJ). The first plant has its technology, its site, its investor and the Commission's clearance. The second — politically the most interesting element of the new programme — still has only a schedule, a list of potential partners, and preferred locations.
The piece argues that, until technology, financing, investor and siting are settled for the second plant, the greatest risk to Polish nuclear is not the technology itself, but the state's capacity to carry the project consistently across more than one parliamentary term.
