A policy and exchange platform — formally affiliated with the Polish Development Foundation (Polska Fundacja Rozwoju, established 2002). Ameno Star participates as an industry collaborator on questions of critical-infrastructure security, energy sovereignty, and regulated-sector technology.
The Global Forum on Technological Sovereignty is a platform for the exchange of views, policy thinking, and expert work on the technologies and institutions that determine national and allied sovereignty — energy, defense, critical materials, critical infrastructure, and security technology.
The Forum operates under the institutional umbrella of the Polish Development Foundation (Polska Fundacja Rozwoju), an organization established in 2002. The Foundation provides the legal and organizational continuity; the Forum provides the agenda.
Ameno Star collaborates with the Forum on topics inside its operating remit — physical and cyber security for nuclear power and other critical infrastructure, regulatory architecture for strategic projects, and supply-chain assurance. The collaboration is one channel through which Ameno Star contributes operational perspective to policy work.
Critical-infrastructure security is not solved at the level of any one project. It depends on shared standards, regulatory clarity, and institutional memory across operators, regulators, primes, and academia. The Forum is the environment where those discussions happen ahead of the contract phase.
